Nationwide Quran lessons announced during Ramazan

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Feb, 2026) The central and provincial leadership of Jamat Ahle Sunnat Pakistan has announced large-scale programme to impart Quran lessons (Dars-e-Quran) to youth across the country during Ramazan, describing the month as a time for peace, tolerance and remembrance of Allah.

In a joint statement, the party’s central Ameer Allama Syed Mazhar Saeed Shah Kazmi, Nazim-e-Aala Pir Khalid Sultan Qadri, Chief Organiser Alhaj Ehsanul Haq Fareedi, Central Information Secretary Prof Dr Muhammad Siddique Khan Qadri, Punjab Ameer Pir Syed Khalil-ur-Rehman Shah Bukhari and other central and provincial leaders said, Ramazan, the month of the revelation of the Qura’an, offers an ideal opportunity to promote social harmony, brotherhood in society and dive deep into the message Allah Almighty sent to the people through the last Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).
