Nation stands shoulder to shoulder with Pakistan Army: SUJ Dastoor

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Mar, 2026) President Sargodha Union of Journalists (SUJ) Dastoor Ghulam Hasnain Shah has said that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistan Army and takes pride in the sacrifices made by the armed forces for the defense and security of the country.

In a Sargodha Union of Journalists (SUJ) Dastoor meeting, General Secretary Bilal Moon and Patron SUJ Dastoor Zulfiqar Hashmi jointly said that sustainable peace in the region remains impossible until terrorist sanctuaries in Afghanistan are completely eliminated.

They stated that the Pakistan Army is conducting effective and vigorous operations against terrorist elements, successfully targeting their hideouts to ensure stability.

The journalists' leadership emphasized that the martyrs of the war against terrorism are the pride of the nation and their sacrifices would never go in vain. They expressed full solidarity with the families of the fallen heroes, adding that the nation salutes its martyrs.

They further stressed that national unity is the need of the hour for establishing peace and urged every segment of society, including the media, to play a constructive role in thwarting nefarious designs of the enemy.
