NAB promotes three Grade-20 officers to Grade-21

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Mar, 2026) The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has promoted three senior officers from Grade-20 to Grade-21 as Director General (DG), following the recommendations of the Selection Committee and approval of the Chairman of NAB.

Muhammad Amir Butt has been elevated to Grade-21 and will continue serving as Director General NAB (Sukkur). Muhammad Tahir, earlier Director NAB (Headquarters), has been promoted to Grade-21 and posted as Director General NAB (Headquarters).

Ghulam Safdar Shah, serving as DG (PACA), has also been promoted to Grade-21 and will continue his responsibilities as Director General PACA.
