NA warns public against fake internship ads for Summer 2026

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Apr, 2026) The National Assembly (NA) Secretariat has warned the public against unauthorized advertisements and online links circulating on job portals and social media platforms that falsely invite applications for internships with the National Assembly.

In an official clarification, the Secretariat said that no public call for internship applications had been issued through online portals or third-party platforms.

It said the Summer 2026 internship programme is being conducted through a structured institutional outreach mechanism under which selected universities are being contacted directly to nominate students in accordance with the approved framework of the National Assembly.

The Secretariat advised members of the public, particularly students, to remain cautious and avoid sharing personal information or submitting applications through any unauthorized websites or links.

It further said that appropriate action may be taken against those involved in spreading misleading or false information.

The Secretariat emphasized that any official communication regarding National Assembly programmes would only be made through formal and verified channels.
