Muqam condemns attack on security forces convoy by Fitna-ul-Khawarij terrorists in Bannu

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Feb, 2026) Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, and President Pakistan Muslim League (N) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Engr Ameer Muqam, on Saturday condemned a terrorist attack by Fitna-ul-Khawarij on a security forces convoy in Bannu district.

In his condemnation statement, the Minister expressed profound grief over the martyrdom of Lieutenant Colonel Shahzad Gul Faraz and Sepoy Karamat Shah, offering prayers and extending his heartfelt condolences to their grieving families.

Muqam lauded the swift and effective response of security personnel, noting that their bravery prevented significantly greater losses within Bannu city.

He emphasized that the entire nation remains united alongside the armed forces in the fight against terrorism, saluting the courage and sacrifices made by those on the front lines to maintain national security.
