FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Feb, 2026) Anjuman Insdad-e-Manshiat with the support of donors has provided more than 50 stretchers worth Rs1.6 million to Allied Hospital-II (DHQ Hospital) to strengthen patient care facilities.
Vice Chancellor Faisalabad Medical University (FMU) Prof Dr Zafar Iqbal formally received the donation from renowned Psychiatrist Prof Dr Imtiaz Ahmed Dogar and General Secretary Aamina Akram and handed it over to Medical Superintendent Allied Hospital-II Dr Zafar Iqbal for operational use.
Director Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Khalida Rafiq, Dr Ghulam Mustafa Niazi, Madam Samreen Afzal, Muhammad Pervaiz, Afzal Jalandhri and others were also present on the occasion.
The Medical Superintendent thanked Anjuman Insdad-e-Manshiat and the donors for their generous contribution.
The addition of new stretchers would significantly improve patient handling and emergency response capacity at Allied Hospital-II, he added.
