Meeting to fix reserve price for cafe lease held

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Jun, 2026) Commissioner Sargodha Division, Hafiz Shaukat Ali on Monday chaired a meeting of the rent assessment committee to determine the reserve price for leasing the Ghalib Kada Café, located outside the Ghalib library.

According to the spokesperson for the Commissioner's office here, the meeting was attended by officials from the relevant departments, who conducted a detailed review of the café's current market value, location, commercial significance, and other related factors.

Addressing the participants, the Commissioner directed that the reserve price be determined with complete transparency, strictly on merit, and in accordance with government rules and regulations to ensure maximum revenue from public assets.

Various proposals were discussed during the meeting, and the concerned departments were instructed to complete all legal formalities in a timely manner to ensure that the leasing process proceeds in a transparent and efficient manner.
