Meeting decides to adopt zero tolerance policy against child labor

KOHAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Mar, 2026) A meeting chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Syed Mehar Ali Shah Thursday agreed to adopt zero

tolerance policy on human trafficking and child labor.

The meeting was attended by representatives of concerned departments and civil society.

Participants of

the meeting challenges relating to subject matter and steps taken so far to curb human trafficking and

child labor.

Additional deputy commissioner, directed departments to identify persons involved in child labor besides

launching a campaign to aware people about perils of employing underage children.

He also urged public to inform district administration on 0922-920268 about human trafficking and child labor

.He said that public help is necessary to curb these social menaces and save future of children.
