Maulana Nauman shot dead in Charsadda

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Jul, 2026) A young religious personality identified as Maulana Nauman was shot dead by unidentified assailants in Nista Police Station jurisdiction of Charsadda district on Wednesday.

According to police, the victim was a resident of Surpul locality.

He died at the scene after unknown gunmen opened fire on him.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.

The motive behind the killing has not yet been determined and efforts are underway to identify and arrest those responsible.
