March 23 marks gift of independence under Jinnah’s leadership: Zamurrad Khan

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Mar, 2026) Pakistan Sweet Home Chief Executive Officer Zamurrad Khan on Monday said March 23 is observed as a day to pay homage to the benefactors who, under the visionary leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, bestowed the nation with the gift of independence.

He said the day also reminds the nation of its duty to serve the country with sincerity and to continue striving for the establishment of a welfare society.

Zamurrad Khan said the nation’s freedom, pride, and honor are inseparably linked with Pakistan, and emphasized that no sacrifice should be spared for its progress and prosperity.

He said the day calls upon the nation to pledge unwavering efforts to realize the vision of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and poet of the East Allama Muhammad Iqbal, and to safeguard the country’s freedom and sovereignty against any harm.
