Man shots dead wife over domestic issue

CHISTIAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Feb, 2026) A man here on Friday allegedly shot and killed his wife following a domestic dispute , the Rescue 1122 officials said .

The incident occurred in Chak 286-HR in Town Fort Abbas .

They said the body had been identified as woman, Nishat Bibi 31year old , died on the spot after her husband, Zafar, allegedly opened fire .

THe Rescue 1122 team shifted the body to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital (THQ), Fort Abbas for legal formalities.

The police registered a case against the accused and launched further investigation.
