Man’s body found from canal

FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Jun, 2026) Rescue 1122 has recovered body of a young man Rakh Branch Canal in the area of Dijkot police station.

Rescue 1122 spokesman said here on Wednesday that some passersby witnessed a human corpse floating on surface of water in Rakh Branch Canal near Chak No.

264-RB Bara Wehla Bridge 79 Road and informed the Rescue 1122.

After receiving information, Rescue 1122 team rushed to the spot and fished out the body from canal and handed it over to area police for completing necessary formalities.

The body was of a 50-year-old man but his identification was yet to be made, he added.
