Man kills wife over domestic dispute

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Mar, 2026) A man has allegedly stabbed his wife to death over a domestic dispute in the area of Ghulam Muhammadabad police station.

A Rescue 1122 spokesman said on Monday that 38-year-old Sumaira Bibi, a resident of Subhan Allah Chowk, exchanged harsh words with her spouse over a domestic dispute, which enraged the man, and he stabbed her.

Consequently, she suffered serious injuries.

The rescue team shifted the victim to the hospital, but she breathed her last.

Police took the body into custody and started an investigation.
