Man held for assaulting, injuring citizen

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Mar, 2026) The Ganjmandi Police arrested a man for allegedly assaulting and injuring a citizen over a dispute, a Rawalpindi Police spokesman said Thursday.

According to the complainant, the suspect became involved in an argument with his father over setting up a handcart and verbally abused him.

When the complainant intervened, he was injured after being subjected to physical assault.

The police registered a case and took the suspect into custody.
