LDA announces second auction, to be held at Expo Center on May 19

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Apr, 2026) The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has released the schedule for the second auction of this year. The auction will be held at Expo Center Johar Town on May 19 at 10 am.

According to officials, commercial and residential plots located in various housing schemes of the city will be offered in the public auction. These include Allama Iqbal Town, Tajpura, Johar Town, Jubilee Town and LDA Avenue One.

Similarly, commercial plots located in Sabzazar, Mustafa Town, LDA City, Quaid-e-Azam Town, Model Town Extension and Tezab Market will also be offered for auction.

The auction will also include the sale of public utility sites located in private housing schemes, while the tenancy rights of education, health, petrol pump, marquee, parking and sports sites will also be auctioned.

In addition, the tenancy rights of the petrol pump site located in LDA City and the marquee sites in FTC Johar Town will also be part of the auction.
