Landi Kotal Headquarters Hospital to undergo Rs720m upgradation

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Jul, 2026) A development and renovation project worth Rs720 million was inaugurated at Landi Kotal Headquarters Hospital on Monday by Member of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Adnan Qadri.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Adnan Qadri said the project was approved under the directives and efforts of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to improve healthcare services at the hospital.

He said development work would be carried out across all hospital units. The project includes the installation of a new tube well to address water shortages, the construction of a recreational park for patients and their attendants and the upgradation of medical facilities in various departments, including the emergency ward.

According to the lawmaker, the project is expected to be completed within one year, enabling the hospital to provide modern and improved healthcare services to the people of the area.
