LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Jul, 2026) The Pakistan Railways has decided to restore the Bulleh Shah passenger train operating between Lahore and Pakpattan via Kasur from July 17 to facilitate passengers and improve travel convenience on the route.
According to the railway administration on Wednesday, the Bulleh Shah 257-Up Passenger Train will depart from Pakpattan at 5:00 a.m. and travel via Kot Lakhpat, Raiwind and Kasur before arriving in Lahore at 10:50 a.m.
Similarly, the Bulleh Shah 258 Down Passenger Train will leave Lahore at 4:00 p.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>m. and reach Pakpattan Railway Station at 9:30 p.m.
Officials said the restored train service will comprise five Economy class coaches and one power van, providing affordable and comfortable travel facilities for passengers commuting between Lahore, Kasur, Raiwind, Kot Lakhpat and Pakpattan. The restoration of the service is expected to improve connectivity and meet the travel needs of people living along the route.
