KP housing department holds khuli katcheri

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Department on Tuesday held a Khuli Kacheri at Jalozai Housing Scheme in Nowshera to address concerns of owners of land high rise flats

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th May, 2026) The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Department on Tuesday held a Khuli Kacheri at Jalozai Housing Scheme in Nowshera to address concerns of owners of land high rise flats.

The event was attended by Additional Secretary Housing Jamshed Khan, Additional Director General of KP Housing Authority and other relevant officials. On the occasion, people raised their concerns and forwarded suggestions and feedback to authorities.

Addressing the gathering, additional secretary housing assured the participants that their issues would be resolved properly.

He issued directives to the legal team to take timely action regarding constitutional and judicial matters.

He further stated that the department is streamlining the process for payments to landowners and is actively working to secure a special grant from the provincial government for this purpose.

He emphasized that the Primary goal of these public hearings is to gain direct insight into public grievances and take decisions with mutual cooperation and harmony.
