ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Feb, 2026) A huge fire broke out early on Saturday morning at a garment factory near Chamra Chowrangi in the Korangi Industrial Area, sending thick smoke into the sky and prompting an urgent response from firefighting teams.
According to details, fire brigade officials reported that the fire began in a specific area of the facility but was swiftly brought under control with the assistance of three fire engines, private news channel reported.
Emergency responders confirmed that there were no casualties.
Although the blaze is now contained, cooling operations are ongoing to secure the site. Authorities have stated that an investigation into the cause of the fire will be conducted.
