Khushab DC reviews progress on ongoing development projects

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Jul, 2026) A meeting of the District Development Review Committee was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Khushab Dr Jahanzaib Hussain Lahar on Friday to review the progress of ongoing mega development schemes.

According to a spokesperson, the meeting participants reviewed the progress of various projects, including beautification plans for Kalma Chowk and Tehsil Chowk. The construction progress of Rawalpindi Road, Girot Road, Ayoub Bhaa Stadium Road, Muzaffargarh Road and Rodda Thal Road was also examined in detail.

The DC directed officials and contractors to ensure transparency, quality of materials and timely completion of development projects. He said the government was committed to completing schemes within deadlines to provide relief to the public.

Deputy Director Development Sohail Sikandar Ranjha, along with officials from the Public Health Engineering and Building departments, attended the meeting.
