Khairpur Police Ensures Robust Security Measures in Quds Gatherings

SUKKUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Mar, 2026) Under the directives of Deputy Inspector General of Police Sukkur Range Nasir Aftab and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Khairpur Dr. Samiullah Soomro, comprehensive security arrangements were made across the district to ensure peace and order during Al Quds rallies on Friday.

Police personnel were deployed at mosques, Imambargahs, and rally routes, with officers and personnel diligently performing their duties to provide complete protection to citizens during Friday prayers and Youm-e-Quds gatherings and rallies.

Security measures included increased police mobile patrols at key locations and additional personnel deployed in sensitive areas. Police monitored surroundings of mosques and Imambargahs to promptly address any untoward incident.

All DSPs reviewed security arrangements in their sub-divisions, inspecting and briefing personnel at various locations. They were directed to perform duties responsibly and professionally to maintain law and order. Khairpur Police ensured all measures for citizens' safety and district security.
