Keiko Fujimori officially declared winner of Peru presidential election

LIMA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 04th Jul, 2026) Peru's National Electoral Authority has officially declared Keiko Fujimori the winner of the country's presidential election, days after the completion of the vote count.

Fujimori, 51, will succeed interim President José María Balcázar on 28th July. Her presidential term will run until 2031.
