Kahna tragedy: Medical board formed for teacher's treatment

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Jul, 2026) A four-member medical board has been constituted to oversee the treatment of the teacher injured in the Kahna tragedy, ensuring round-the-clock medical supervision and specialised care.

According to the notification issued by LGH Medical Superintendent Prof. Dr.

Faryad Hussain on Thursday, the board will conduct daily examinations of the injured teacher and monitor her health condition on a regular basis to ensure the best possible treatment.

The medical board comprises two medical specialists, one surgeon and one orthopedic specialist, who will jointly evaluate the patient's condition and recommend further medical interventions whenever necessary.
