JKDFF congratulates newly elected National Press Club leadership

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Mar, 2026) President of the Jammu & Kashmir Democratic Forum France (JKDFF), Mirza Asif Jarral, along with Abdul Hameed Lone, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected President of the National Press Club Islamabad, Abdur Razzaq Sial, Secretary Furqan Rao and Finance Secretary Abid Abbasi.

In a joint statement issued here, Jarral and Lone expressed hope that the newly elected body of the National Press Club would play an active and effective role in highlighting the Kashmir issue at national and international levels.

The JKDFF leaders further said the journalistic community has always raised its voice against the oppression and human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), and expressed confidence that journalists will continue to demonstrate strong solidarity and unwavering support for the Kashmiri people in the future.

The Forum leaders also congratulated other newly elected office-bearers, including Senior Vice President Ehtisham-ul-Haq, Vice Presidents Sehrish Qureshi, Usman Khan, Chaudhry Bashir, and Javed Bhagat, as well as Shiraz Gardazi, Shakeela Jalil, Aoun Shirazi, and all successful members of the governing body.
