ITSPA general body meeting held

SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Mar, 2026) The first general body meeting of IT Services Providers Association (ITSPA) was held at the

Pakistan sports Goods Manufacturers and Exporters Association (PSGMEA), Small Industrial Estate.

Chairperson of the meeting Nadeem Akhtar briefed all the members about the vision and mission of the association.

He explained the membership categories as regular, associate, student and honorary, the eligibility criteria of the membership, and benefits of the membership.

He informed about benefits of the collective representation at the trade bodies and government forums, the benefits of the training workshops, which will be arranged under the banner of ITSPA soon.

The chairperson explained the dispute resolution support within the IT industry, with clients and government organizations.

The house unanimously approved the following Names, Nadeem Akhtar as President, Tahseen Ahmed as General Secretary, Omer Safdar as Finance Secretary, Asif Iqbal Saroya Advocate as Legal Advisor and Imran Rehman as Press Secretary for two years.

The house unanimously authorized the President Nadeem Akhtar to appoint the executive committee members and the chairmen and members of the new committees as per necessary to form the organizational setup and to run the business affairs of the association smoothly.

The house decided to commence a regular monthly meeting of office bearers and executive committee members and a general body meeting after every 3 months.
