The international media reported that the visit is part of ongoing talks between Iran and Oman that have been underway for the past two months.

Meanwhile, Iranian authorities announced that a railway bridge in Aqqala County, located in Golestan province, has resumed operations after sustaining damage during a recent US strike.

According to Iranian officials, repair work on the bridge was completed in less than 24 hours, allowing railway services to resume.

Golestan Governor Ali-Asghar Tahmasbi said the rapid restoration of the bridge demonstrated the province's resilience and ability to recover quickly despite what he described as hostile actions.

He said the reopening of the bridge reflected Iran's determination to maintain critical infrastructure and ensure the uninterrupted movement of goods and passengers.
