LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Feb, 2026) Inspector General of Police (IGP) Punjab Abdul Kareem has taken notice of the incident in which three persons, including two women, were shot dead in the Qasimabad area in the jurisdiction of Nasirabad Police Station, Rawalpindi.

According to a Punjab Police spokesperson, the IGP sought a report from RPO Rawalpindi regarding the incident and directed the CPO Rawalpindi to ensure immediate arrest of the suspects involved in the firing.

He ordered that all available resources be utilised to apprehend the accused at the earliest and to bring them to justice.
