During the interaction, the IGP inquired from citizens about police action, investigation standards, conduct of officials and progress on their pending applications and issued immediate directions to the concerned officers for prompt redressal.
According to a Punjab Police spokesperson, in response to a complaint lodged by a citizen of Chakwal against police personnel, the IGP directed the DPO Chakwal to immediately contact the complainant and take necessary action.
