Indonesian Consul General meets IGP Sindh

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Mar, 2026) Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh Javed Alam Odho held a meeting with Indonesian Consul General in Karachi, Bapak Mudzakir, at the Central Police Office on Thursday.

According to a spokesperson for Sindh Police, matters of mutual interest and ways to further strengthen bilateral relations were discussed during the meeting.

The Indonesian consul general expressed satisfaction over the security arrangements and the overall law and order situation in the province. He also appreciated the professional capabilities of Sindh Police and the measures taken for maintaining peace and security, while thanking the department for providing security arrangements.

IGP Sindh briefed the visiting diplomat in detail about the steps taken to maintain law and order and further improve security across the province.

DIGP Headquarters, Sindh Police and AIGP Operations Sindh Police were also present during the meeting.

At the end of the meeting, a commemorative shield was presented to the Indonesian consul general by the Sindh Police.
