- Illegal sealing operation in Nathiagali annulled, inquiry ordered by Commissioner Hazara

ABBOTTABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2026) An alleged illegal sealing operation conducted by the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Abbottabad in Nathiagali has been declared costly for the local authorities after swift action by Hazara Division Commissioner Fayyaz Ali Shah.
According to details, Plot No.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>39 in Nathiagali, which is reportedly on lease with the Galiyat Development Authority (GDA), was sealed by the TMO and TO Regulation along with staff and the Assistant Commissioner Abbottabad.
Taking immediate notice of the situation, the Hazara Commissioner ordered the de-sealing of the building without delay. He also constituted a high-level inquiry committee to investigate the matter and directed it to submit its findings and recommendations within three days.
The inquiry committee will examine the circumstances of the operation and determine responsibility regarding the alleged illegal action and reported misconduct.
