IGP Rizvi reviews security, traffic arrangements at Ramazan sahulat bazaar

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Feb, 2026) Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police Inspector General Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi paid a visit to the Ramazan Sahulat Bazaar in G-11 to review security and traffic arrangements.

An official told APP on Sunday that the IGP Rizvi inspected deployment, monitoring mechanisms, and facilitation measures put in place for citizens visiting the bazaar.

During the visit, the IGP Rizvi directed officers to keep security and traffic management fully active, further improve surveillance at entry and exit points, and ensure smooth movement of shoppers.

He emphasized that public safety and convenience must remain the top priority during Ramazan, particularly at crowded public places.

The IGP Rizvi also interacted with officers performing duties at the site and issued necessary instructions to enhance coordination and operational efficiency.
