ICT Police bust alleged illegal network , ex-cop among 10 held

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th May, 2026) Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police arrested 10 suspects, including a former police official, during a raid at a private spa in a private housing society over alleged illegal and immoral activities.

An official told APP on Wednesday that Lohi Bher police conducted the raid at a spa located in the Civic Center area of the private housing society after receiving credible information regarding unlawful activities at the premises.

He said a police team, accompanied by lady constables, carried out the operation and took several suspects into custody.

The official said the arrested accused included former police official Irfan Ullah alias “Langra”, another suspect identified as Rizwan Abid, and eight women belonging to different cities.

He said during initial investigation, disclosures related to alleged human trafficking and organized criminal activities also surfaced.

According to the official, police registered a case at Lohi Bher police station under FIR No. 309/26 under sections 294 and 188 PPC along with provisions of the Human Trafficking Act (HTA-3).

He said police were also investigating possible links of the network with narcotics supply, including Ice and other intoxicants.

The official said raids were underway to arrest absconding suspect Hammad and other facilitators linked to the network.
