Health minister briefs PM on WHO certification of DRAP laboratories

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Apr, 2026) Federal Minister for National Health Services Regulations and Coordination Syed Mustafa Kamal on Thursday called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and briefed him on the WHO certification of the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) laboratories.

Minister for Public Affairs Rana Mubashir Iqbal and Special Assistant Talha Burki were also present during the meeting.

The health minister also apprised the prime minister of the ongoing initiatives of his ministry.

Prime Minister Shehbaz appreciated the efforts of Syed Mustafa Kamal and his team regarding reforms in the public health sector.
