Head constable held for supplying narcotics

BUREWALA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th May, 2026) A Head Constable deployed with CCD in Pakpattan was arrested in Burewala while allegedly supplying large quantities of methamphetamine (ice) and heroin worth millions of rupees.

According to police sources, the suspect, identified as Head Constable Muhammad Amjad Ali of CCD Pakpattan, had travelled to Burewala to deliver the narcotics when Model Town Police acted on a tip-off and apprehended him.

Officers recovered over one kilogram of ice and heroin from his possession. Following his arrest, the suspect was handed over to CCD Sahiwal for further investigation.
