Havelian anti-encroachment drive reclaims over four kanals of government land

HAVELIAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jul, 2026) The district administration reclaimed more than four kanals of government land in Havelian during an anti-encroachment operation conducted under the supervision of Additional Assistant Commissioner-II Muhammad Osama Khan.

The operation was carried out on the directives of Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad against illegal structures built on Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) land adjacent to the Rescue 1122 building hered. Authorities removed all encroachments from the site and restored possession of the land to the TMA.

During the operation, four illegally constructed shops and a hand pump were removed. Officials of the relevant departments remained present throughout the operation, which concluded peacefully.

The district administration reaffirmed its commitment to protecting public property, stating that illegal occupation of government land would not be tolerated and that action against encroachers would continue without discrimination.
