Hashish seized from car, two accused arrested: Police

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th May, 2026) District Khyber police on Saturday carried out an operation against narcotics dealers at tehsil Jamrud and seized two kilogram hashish from a car.

Police arrested two suspects in the process after recovery of the narcotics from secret cavities of the vehicle, says a press release.

The action was taken on directives of District Police Officer Khyber, Waqar Ahmed.

SHO Jamrud, Siddiq Khan, received confidential information, upon which immediate action was taken.

Police have registered the case and started investigation.
