During a media briefing in Makkah, Monitoring Cell Coordinator Muhammad Bakhsh Sangi reported that 18,997 pilgrims have arrived under the private scheme so far. To ensure quality control, 12 monitoring teams are working 24/7 across Makkah and Madinah, having already completed detailed 26-point digital evaluations for 2,300 pilgrims. The ministry has streamlined the complaint process by utilizing the 'Pak Hajj App' alongside new digital reporting tools to address grievances in real-time.

Deputy Coordinator Zarghan Shahzad clarified that the Hajj quota is distributed among 902 registered HGOs, all of whom are legally required to provide high-standard accommodations near the Holy Mosques in both Makkah and Madinah.

He noted that while 293 groups have undergone thorough inspections, enforcement actions have already begun, including the issuance of formal warning notices and the imposition of a heavy fine on one group for service failures in Madinah. The Primary objective remains the provision of a seamless spiritual experience for all pilgrims.
