Grand ceremony held in Sialkot to mark one year of Marka-e-Haq

SIALKOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th May, 2026) A grand ceremony was organised by the district administration to commemorate the completion of one year of Marka-e-Haq, with Paris Road illuminated by colorful lights and a spectacular fireworks display creating a festive atmosphere.

The event featured cultural performances representing all four provinces and Kashmir, along with patriotic songs and national performances that received an enthusiastic response from participants.

Provincial Minister for Labour and Human Resources Punjab Muhammad Manshaullah Butt, Deputy Commissioner Saba Asghar Ali, DPO Captain (retd) Dost Muhammad, public representatives, members of the National and Provincial Assemblies, district officers, and a large number of citizens attended the ceremony.

The atmosphere echoed with passionate slogans of “Allah-o-Akbar,” “Pakistan Zindabad,” and “Pak Army Zindabad,” reflecting the patriotic spirit of the participants.

Speakers on the occasion described “Marka-e-Haq” as clear proof of the professional capabilities and sacrifices of the Pakistan Army. They reaffirmed the nation’s commitment to making every sacrifice for the defense and security of the homeland.

The speakers further said that the Pakistan Army remains the guardian of the country’s ideological and geographical borders, while emphasizing that the entire nation stands united under the green crescent flag and that Pakistan will always remain strong and prosperous.
