Governor, Naveed Qamar visit Jamrud to offer condolences on Senator Taj’s death

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Jun, 2026) Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) central leader Syed Naveed Qamar visited Jamrud district Khyber to offer condolences on the tragic death of Senator Taj Muhammad Afridi, who recently passed away in a road accident.

During their visit to the residence of the late senator, the leaders expressed deep sorrow and sympathies with the bereaved family. They met the deceased senator’s son Hammad, former MPA Shafiq Sher Afridi, and other family members.

They offered Fateha for the elevation of the departed soul’s ranks and prayed for patience and strength for the grieving family.

PPP Khyber President Muhammad Sher Shah Afridi and other party workers accompanied the delegation during the visit.
