ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th May, 2026) The prices of gold increased in the local market on Monday, with 24 karat gold per tola gaining Rs 900 to settle at Rs 477,162 compared to Rs 476,262 on the previous trading day, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold increased by Rs 772 to Rs 409,089 from Rs 408,317, whereas 10 grams of 22 karat gold went up by Rs 707 to Rs 375,011 against Rs 374,304.
In the international market, the price of gold increased by $9 to $4,548 per ounce from $4,539.
Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs 26 to Rs 8,099, while the price of 10 grams of silver rose by Rs 22 to Rs 6,943.
The price of silver in the international market increased by $0.26 to $76.15 per ounce.
