Gold jumps to Rs526,462 Per Tola

Gold and silver prices surged in local markets following a $25 increase in international gold rates.

KARACHI: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-Feb-20, 2026) Gold and silver prices continued their upward trend in both international and local markets.

On Friday, February 20, the price of gold in the international bullion market increased by $25 per ounce, reaching $5,037.

Following the global surge, the price of gold in the local market rose by Rs2,500 per tola, reaching Rs526,462.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs2,144 to Rs451,356.

Silver prices also recorded gains, with per tola silver rising by Rs170 to Rs8,574, while the price of 10 grams of silver climbed by Rs145 to Rs7,350.
