GCWUS unveils Research & Innovation club

SIALKOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th May, 2026) Government College Women University Sialkot (GCWUS) on Saturday unveiled the Research & Innovation Club (RIC-WISE) Leadership Council – 2026 under the Department of Economics, a release of the varsity said.

RIC-WISE has been established with the vision of promoting research, innovation, academic engagement, and leadership development among students.

This platform will encourage young scholars to develop analytical thinking, research capacity, professional skills, and innovative ideas that can contribute positively to society and the future academic landscape of Pakistan.

Under the patronage of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shazia Bashir, the Department of Economics continues to create meaningful opportunities for student empowerment, academic growth, and research excellence.
