GCWUS offers PIDE internship for students

SIALKOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th May, 2026) Government College Women University Sialkot announced on Friday an 8-week internship program offered by the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE).

According to a university spokesperson, the internship program has been launched in coordination with the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives.

The program offers internship opportunities in fields of industry, research, economics, and public policy. Participants will receive completion certificates based on their performance.

Eligibility criteria include undergraduate students who have completed at least six semesters, postgraduate students who have completed at least two semesters, and fresh graduates who have completed their degree within the last 12 months.

Fresh candidates interested in research are also encouraged to apply, the spokesperson concluded.
