Funeral prayers for Constable Muhammad Aslam, who passed away after suffering a heart attack, were offered in his native village Chak No. 198 Dholwala on Tuesday

CHINIOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2026) Funeral prayers for Constable Muhammad Aslam, who passed away after suffering a heart attack, were offered in his native village Chak No. 198 Dholwala on Tuesday.

A large number of police officials, local residents, and relatives attended the funeral prayers, including District Police Officer Chiniot Dr. Naveed Atif and SP Investigation Muhammad Usman Malik.

Special prayers were also offered for the departed soul and for the elevation of his ranks.

Speaking on the occasion, DPO Dr. Naveed Atif paid tribute to the services rendered by Constable Muhammad Aslam for the police department and expressed deep sorrow over his demise.

The DPO also extended condolences to the bereaved family and assured them of full support and cooperation from the Chiniot Police. Officials said Constable Muhammad Aslam was serving at City Chiniot Police Station when he suffered a fatal heart attack.
