Four stolen mobile phones recovered after arrest of robbery gang leader

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jul, 2026) Police have arrested the alleged leader of a gang involved in robbery, theft, and burglary incidents and recovered four stolen mobile phones and cash from his possession.

According to police, the action was carried out by R.A. Bazaar Police, who arrested the suspected gang leader during an operation.

The recovered stolen mobile phones and cash were taken into custody as part of the investigation.

SP Potohar Sardar Babar Mumtaz Khan said the arrested suspect would be presented before the court with solid evidence.

He added that those depriving citizens of their valuable belongings would not be able to escape the law, as Rawalpindi Police are taking strict action against criminal elements involved in such activities.
