Five of a family injured in roof collapse incident

FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jun, 2026) Five persons of a family were injured as roof of their house collapsed due to heavy rain on Thursday night.

According to Rescue-1122, a family was present in their home in Township, an area of Kookianwala when all of sudden, the roof of house caved-in.

After being informed, rescue teams rescued all the five members alive under the debris.

The injured were identified as Amjad Javed, his wife Tanzeela, sons Abu Bakar and Umar, daughter Zainab, who were shifted to Allied Hospital.
