Five burnt in gas cylinder blast

LAYYAH, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Jun, 2026) Five people, including a guest, sustained serious burn injuries when a leaking gas cylinder ignited while tea was being prepared at a house in Chak No. 118 ML, Tehsil Choubara, here on Saturday.

The injured were identified as Zafar, Aleena, Faizan, Arsalan and Amir. All five were initially shifted to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, where three of them in critical condition were referred to the Burns Centre at Nishtar Hospital, Multan.
