Five arrested for alleged gambling

SIALKOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Jun, 2026) Police on Sunday arrested five men for allegedly gambling during a raid conducted in the jurisdiction of Hajipura police station.

According to police, a team acted on a tip-off and raided a location in Hajipura, where the suspects were allegedly engaged in gambling while playing cards.

The arrested men were identified as Asif,Murad,Waheed,Nawaz and Ali.

Police claimed to have recovered stake money from their possession and registered a case against them.

Further investigation was underway.
