FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jun, 2026) The Council of the Arts Faisalabad distributed cheques of Rs 200,000 each among deserving artists as hardship allowance, here on Friday.
Director Punjab Council of Arts Maqbool Ahmad and Deputy Director Imran Raza gave away the cheques to the artists.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Director Maqbool Ahmed said that Punjab Arts Council was taking practical measures to resolve the financial and other issues and welfare of artists. He said, "Artists are our cultural inheritance and their support is among the priorities of the government."
