FIA honours officers for outstanding performance, awards certificates

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Apr, 2026) Additional Director General (ADG) Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Zaeem Iqbal Sheikh awarded appreciation certificates to officers for their outstanding performance.

An official told APP on Wednesday that Assistant Director (Legal) Muhammad Riaz and Shahbaz Ahmed were among the officers who received certificates.

He said the officers played a key role in successfully handling important cases, providing timely legal assistance and strengthening FIA’s prosecution through effective coordination.

ADG Zaeem Iqbal Sheikh appreciated the integrity and professional capabilities of the officers.

He reiterated the agency’s commitment to promoting transparency, accountability and rule of law.

The official added that FIA would continue to encourage and recognize officers demonstrating excellence in their duties.
